New PRO subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. No hoops, no hassle.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to DealEdge PRO and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is available once per account and is not renewable on subsequent billing cycles or plan changes.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Refunds requested after the 7-day window are not eligible under this policy. We evaluate late requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  1. Email support@dealedgeapp.com from the email address on your DealEdge account
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [your email]"
  3. Include a brief reason for your request (optional, but appreciated)
  4. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund

You do not need to provide extensive documentation or justification. If you're within the 7-day window, we will process your refund.

Once your refund is approved:

Upon processing a refund, your PRO access will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately. Your account and session history will be preserved.
