By accessing or using DealEdge ("the Service") at app.dealedgeapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users on the Free plan, Trial plan, and PRO subscription plan.
DealEdge is an AI-powered real estate negotiation training platform that allows users to practice negotiation scenarios with AI-generated voice clients. The Service includes:
The Service is intended for educational and professional development purposes only. DealEdge does not provide licensed real estate, legal, or financial advice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
Free Plan: Access to one (1) negotiation scenario with no time limit and no payment required.
Trial Plan: Access to all features for seven (7) days or ten (10) scenario sessions, whichever occurs first, upon activation of a valid trial code. Trial codes are non-transferable and may only be used once.
PRO Plan: Full access to all features on a recurring subscription basis, billed at:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new PRO subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your PRO subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@dealedgeapp.com and we will issue a full refund.
After the 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to PRO features through that date.
Trial codes and free plan usage are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, AI models, voice characters, scenario scripts, scoring algorithms, and code — are owned by DealEdge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal professional development purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
DealEdge does not warrant that:
The Service is a training tool only. Results from training simulations are not a guarantee of real-world performance. Any real estate negotiation decisions made by users are solely their own responsibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEALEDGE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEALEDGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@dealedgeapp.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue through the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your account data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
